Lesego Platinum A World Class PGM Asset

Lesego Platinum – Advancing a World-Class PGM Mine on the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex, South Africa.

Lesego Platinum is developing a shallow, high-grade platinum group metals (PGM) mine on the Phosiri Dome of the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex, in Limpopo Province, approximately 300 km north-east of Johannesburg, South Africa. The project hosts around 50 million ounces of 4E PGMs at an average grade above 5.5 g/t in the Merensky and UG2 reefs, with mineralisation starting at depths of about 350 m.

Building on a completed bankable feasibility study, Lesego is now advancing an upgraded feasibility study to refine the mine design, capital profile and operating strategy for a safe, mechanised and long-life operation. This next phase of work focuses on optimising value, lowering costs and embedding best-practice environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles.

Backed by the Heaven-Sent Industrial Group, Lesego aims to become a vertically integrated PGM producer, with downstream beneficiation opportunities aligned to fuel cells, jewellery and industrial applications in China, South Africa and beyond.

Lesego Platinum Mining aims to be a profitable, sustainable, and vertically integrated platinum company that provides products to the international market. It is our mission to develop a safe, state-of-the-art , sustainable mining operation, with downstream beneficiation, fully supported by the regional communities, and thereby creating superior life of mine value for all stakeholders.
